Ice Skating Training Aid for Toddlers Invented by InventHelp Client (AVZ-1187)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) November 12, 2015 -- If you would like your toddler to learn how to ice skate but wish there was a way to avoid injuries on the ice, then this is your lucky day. An inventor from Sault Ste. Marie, Mich., who resides in Garden River, On., has made learning to skate much easier for children.
She developed EZ SKATER to teach young children how to balance themselves on ice skates. As such, it provides support for a child standing on ice skates. Besides that, it keeps children from injuring themselves by falling while ice skating. Furthermore, it improves performance on the ice for young skaters. It does this by offering a sense of security and helping the child build confidence.
It also provides stable support surfaces for the child to grasp. Lastly, while the main function is directed toward the child's development in ice skate, the EZ SKATER also benefits the parent by eliminating back and leg strain from constantly having to support the child on skates, and from bending over to pick up the fallen skater.
The inventor's personal experience inspired the idea. "I was inspired while trying to teach my twin three-year-old daughters how to skate and couldn’t be behind them both at the same time to catch them when they fell," she said. "It was difficult to have to keep bending over to pick them up.
