InventHelp Inventor Designs Special Pants for Cast Wearers (BRK-1103)

Share Article

Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is working to submit this idea, the EASY WEAR, to appropriate companies for their review.

Having to wear a cast on a leg is inconvenient and frustrating in many ways, including the difficulty it presents for getting dressed. An inventor from Rockford, Ala., saw a need for a more ergonomic way to put on and take off pants while wearing a cast on one leg.

EASY WEAR provides an easier way to put on and take off pants while wearing a cast on one's leg. This avoids hassle and struggle, as well as promotes independence and self-confidence. Ergonomic and easy to use, it's ideal for people with physical handicaps, arthritis, broken legs and back problems.

The original design was submitted to the Birmingham office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
