An Alabama InventHelp client has invented the Egg It, which is being submitted to companies for review.

A health-conscious inventor from Crossville, Ala., has a solution to the problem of high-carb bread. "I try to eat high-protein, low-carb food," he said, "so I needed a way to replace bread in making sandwiches."

The EGG IT provides an alternative way to make any sandwiches. By eliminating the need for bread, it helps maintain a high-protein/low-carb diet. Overall, it promotes good health. It would be pre-packaged before being shipped to fast-food restaurants, grocery stores or vending companies.
