Bacteria Shield Invented for Shopping Carts - Designed by InventHelp Client (LGI-2189)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) September 22, 2016 -- Although hand washing or sanitizing is probably is the best way to kill germs that cause illness, an inventor from Valley Stream, N.Y., has come up with idea that can also help. She found a way for grocery shoppers to avoid contact with germs left behind in shopping carts.
She developed the patent-pending GERM PROTECTOR specifically to stop the transfer of germs and bacteria from the grocery store to the home. As such, it prevents the spread of disease and promotes sanitary conditions to help maintain good health. As a result, it affords peace of mind for concerned shoppers. At the same time, it is compact, lightweight and easy-to-carry and use. It is also convenient, effective and affordably priced. In addition, it is durable, washable and reusable.
The inventor’s personal concerns about the transport of germs from the grocery store to my home inspired the idea. "I wanted to make sure any germs or bacteria left behind on shopping carts by previous users would not reach my kitchen counters and spread disease," she said. She went on to say, "I am a bit of a germaphobe, and after observing first hand over the years the way shopping carts are handled and misused by shoppers, and neglected by store owners, I felt I had good reasons for my fears."
