Inventors and InventHelp Clients Develop Improved Dental Loupes (CBA-3020)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) July 13, 2017 -- Inventors from Martinez, Ga., have developed H-LOUPES, an improved tool designed for use within a dental office. These new dental loupes provide convenience and optical acuity.
"It can be difficult and frustrating performing procedures with conventional dental loupes. In addition, studies have shown that white fillings fail because the filling material is not cured properly. This is due to dentists being resistant to holding the light where they should in order to avoid retina damage," said the inventors.
The H-LOUPES provide added efficiency and accuracy within the dental office. They reduce the incidence of cross contamination among patients within a dental office. These improved dental loupes will help protect the dental professional’s retinas when employing high frequency wavelengths of light. H-LOOPS will be welcomed by dental practitioners, as well as dentistry schools, as a safe and effective way to complete curing.
The original design was submitted to the Columbia office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
