InventHelp, a Pittsburgh-based invention submission company, is submitting the HEARD UPRIGHT SYSTEM to companies for their review.

"I drive wheelchair clients to and from appointments, and I’ve noticed the danger of wheelchairs tipping over during transport," said an inventor from Nashville, Tenn. In order to optimize safety and reduce lawsuits, he designed the HEARD UPRIGHT SYSTEM.

Easy to use and compatible with all wheelchairs, this one-size-fits-all system provides stability for a wheelchair during transport. It prevents the wheelchair from tipping over, which promotes safety and peace of mind. It also may reduce lawsuits.

The original design was submitted to the Nevada office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
