Tool Facilitates the Cutting of Firewood - Designed by InventHelp Client (FED-1405)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) November 19, 2014 -- An inventor from Maple Valley, Washington, knows how difficult and time-consuming cutting firewood can be. "While cutting firewood on my property I decided that there needed to be a more ergonomic and accurate way to perform this task," he said. To meet this need he creates a prototype of an idea.
The patent-pending THE HODGE STICK facilitates the measuring and cutting of firewood with a chainsaw. It eliminates the need for tape, chalk and handheld sticks. It also avoids the need to eyeball measurements, which promotes accuracy. The tool can be produced in design variations, and it's ideal for both firewood sellers and DIYers.
The original design was submitted to the Seattle office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
