Temporarily Repair Hydraulic Hoses in a Convenient Manner with Invention from InventHelp Inventor (BRK-2346)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) October 09, 2017 -- When hydraulic hoses break during logging work, the workers have to deal with the hassle and waste of labor expenses during the resulting downtime. In order to solve this problem, an inventor from Catherine, Ala., conceived of the HOSEBEE. He also created a prototype of and acquired a patent for his idea.
The HOSEBEE is a kit that provides a quick and easy way to repair a broken hydraulic hose temporarily. This eliminates downtime, which saves time and money. Overall, it buys time until the hose can be replaced. In addition, it optimizes psi. Designed to promote efficiency and productivity, this invention features a hinged two-section aluminum mold with multiple screw holes along its edges, a stint and tap screws.
If there is only minor hose damage, only the clamp component is needed to be placed around the hose and secured via the tap screws through the holes. If there is a severe rupture in the hose, the stint is used to connect the two sections of the hose after amending cuts had been made. The stinted section is then placed within the clamp.
