Single-Serve Micro-Ice Chest Invented by InventHelp Client (SAH-1203)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) January 11, 2017 -- An inventor from Rancho Cordova, Calif., has developed the I-CHEST. It is a specially designed recyclable food-storage container that will ensure leftovers and prepared dishes remain cold during transport or when not under refrigeration for an extended period of time. "My invention allows a single plate of food to be transferred more safely and securely. It reduces the likelihood of spoilage and waste while keeping food cold and fresh. There is no alternative for an economical single-serve ice chest on the market!" said the inventor.
In California where it's warm most of the year, the inventor entertains friends and family regularly. These visits often end with leftovers being sent home. To ensure the food stays fresh, he packs it in plastic containers or in plastic bags filled with ice. Neither is a good option. Bags with ice are unstable, leaky and messy, and plastic containers are left unreturned. The patent-pending I-CHEST is a convenient and inexpensive solution to these problems.
The invention is most commonly used to keep food cold during transport and while served at a gathering such as a birthday party, barbecue or celebration. It can be produced in different shapes, sizes and colors to accommodate various foods and events. It helps answer the troublesome question about leftovers - is this still good to eat? With the I-CHEST, there is no need to worry about eating unsafe leftovers or about getting costly storage containers back.
The original design was submitted to the Sacramento office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
