Back Roller Invented by InventHelp Client (SUU-133)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) November 11, 2015 -- Although the importance of sunscreen in the prevention of skin cancer is widely recognized, it cannot be self-applied to the center of the back because this area is impossible to reach. Fortunately, an inventor from Kirkwood, Mo., has found a way to solve that problem.
She developed the patent-pending LOTION LOG to allow users to apply lotion to the back or other hard-to-reach areas of the body unassisted. It is, therefore, ideal for applying sunblock, self-tanning solutions and topical medications in cream or lotion form. Furthermore, it is safe for use by anyone, young or old, right- or left-hand dominant. Besides that, it is convenient, easy to use and affordably priced. Besides saving time and effort, it also eliminates mess. At the same time, it is versatile, reusable and effective. It also eliminates the need to get lotion on the hands or touch the skin. In addition, its simple design minimizes production costs.
The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “I was frustrated that I could not reach the center of my back to apply lotion after a shower, particularly because my back was badly sunburned. I didn’t want to have to ask someone else to apply the lotion,” she said.
The original design was submitted to the St. Louis office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
