InventHelp® Client Develops Improved Ratcheting Strap (CBA-2453)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) July 22, 2014 -- Ratcheting straps are used by truckers of all stripes to secure loads in truck beds and flat beds. While they do a good job of keeping loads stable during transport, they can be difficult to set up initially. To solve this problem, an inventor from Myrtle Beach, S.C., created a prototype for the MAGNA STRAP.
The accessory conveniently secures cargo during transport. The design allows for easy tightening. The unit ends the need to go back and forth to secure the strap. It also eliminates the need to ask for assistance to ratchet the strap tight. Furthermore, the invention saves time and effort. It's compatible with every truck and trailer.
The inventor's personal experience inspired his idea. "Using ratcheting straps to secure cargo hauled on a truck is a sure way to keep it in place," he said. "But it is not always easy to get the straps set up properly, especially if you do not have an assistant around to lend a hand. That is why I made this."
The original design was submitted to the Columbia office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
