InventHelp Inventor Develops Improved Automotive Sun Visor (TOR-9296)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) September 10, 2015 -- "Sun visors in vehicles present two potential safety problems," said an inventor from West Palm Beach, Fla. "First, when driving into the sun, they have to be constantly rotated back and forth between the windshield and driver's side window across the face, often striking the face if it does not move back, removing one hand from the steering wheel and losing sight of the road for a split second or more, while attempting to block sunlight as the vehicle changes direction and the sun travels low across the sky. Second, driving into the sun in early morning or late evening, they need to be lowered sufficiently enough to block sun low on the horizon, often blocking vision of the traffic ahead. My idea solves both problems."
He developed the patent-pending MULTI COMPONENT SUN VISOR to offer added protection from sunlight and glare. The design ends the need to constantly shift the visor between the windshield and driver's side window. It also extends coverage in a medically acceptable way for eye protection, so that sunlight is blocked when the sun is low on the horizon, without blocking vision of the traffic ahead. The visor enables the driver to concentrate on the road ahead with less distraction and visual impairment. The design helps to enhance automotive safety. In addition, it is adaptable for use in any new or existing vehicle.
The original design was submitted to the Toronto office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
