Technology improves convenience but it also can increases danger, as in the case of smartphones distracting drivers. Also, drunk driving is a deadly habit. In order to combat both of these problems the inventor, a retired Air Force Special Operations "RED HORSE" Engineer, from Jackson, Ala., designed the NORAD.

This device promotes safer driving by deterring drunk driving and avoiding distraction caused by texting. As a result, it helps avoid injurious or fatal accidents. The device is easy to use and suitable for all drivers.

The original design was submitted to the Mobile office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
