Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is working to submit the PET'S BEST FRIEND to companies in the hopes of a good faith review.

Do you feel guilty when you have to leave your pet home alone while you’re working or for other commitments? Well, thanks to the creativity of an inventor from North Las Vegas, you can put your mind at ease.

He developed PET’S BEST FRIEND to keep a pet comfortable and content while it is left alone; As such, it eliminates the need for a dog sitter. In fact, it actually helps a cat or dog stay calm and quiet without human interaction. It, therefore, affords peace of mind for a concerned pet owner who leaves a pet on its own for extended periods. Besides that, it is designed so pets can be trained easily to use the unit. It is also convenient, effective and affordably priced. In addition, it helps stimulate blood flow and loosen stiff joints for pets.

The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “This idea came to me because my dog likes to be rubbed and petted, but she has to wait until I get home from work. This device can provide the hands-on care that pets thrive when their owners are away,” he said. The invention also can be used for farm animals.

The original design was submitted to the Las Vegas office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
