Improved Stair Unit Invented for a Travel Trailer - Designed by InventHelp Client (PTL-625)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) September 07, 2015 -- If you enjoy vacationing with a travel trailer but have trouble navigating the steps of the vehicle, we have a solution. Thanks to the creativity of an inventor from Stayton, Ore., getting into and out of an RV is no longer a challenge.
He developed a prototype for the patent-pending PORTABLE RV STEPS to provide an easier and more comfortable way to enter and exit a recreational vehicle like a travel trailer. This RV accessory is particularly beneficial for elderly and handicapped individuals and anyone with leg or foot problems. As such, it increases safety and reduces the risk of leg pain and falls. Furthermore, it is easy to assemble since it requires no screws, nails or tools. Besides that, it is portable and collapsible for easy storage when not in use. In addition, it is convenient, sturdy, maintenance free and affordably priced.
The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “My wife has problems with her knees and had a difficult time getting into our travel trailer. Since she couldn’t lift her legs high enough, I wanted to find a way to make it easier for her,” he said.
The original design was submitted to the Portland office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
