Canopy Connector Invented by InventHelp Client (PHO-2208)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) November 04, 2016 -- Pop-up canopies placed side by side are designed to provide shelter against the elements, when it rains. However, anyone below the gap between two of them is bound to get wet. That is precisely why an inventor from Laveen, Ariz., decided to connect the canopies and keep everyone dry.
He developed a prototype for the patent-pending PORTABLE RAIN GUTTER to prevent rain from dripping down between two adjacent canopies. It, therefore maximizes the use of canopy space when two or more canopies are placed next to each other. Besides being simple to install and use, it also folds for easy storage. Furthermore, it is compact, lightweight and portable. At the same time it is convenient, effective and affordably priced. In addition, the simplicity of its design minimizes production costs.
The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “I was tired of having to huddle in the center of one canopy when it rained,” he said. “I wanted something that would provide full use of the covered area in inclement weather when two or more canopies are used.”
The original design was submitted to the Phoenix office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
