InventHelp, America's leading inventor service company, attempts to submit an invention, Portable Spittoon for Chewing Tobacco with Carry Case, to companies for review.

Chewing tobacco generates lots of spit that not only has a strong odor but can stain clothing and other surfaces. "A lot of chewing-tobacco enthusiasts, including myself, usually use cups, cans or bottles to contain the spit," said an inventor from Marlborough, Mass. "Unfortunately, many disregard containment altogether and spit anywhere on the ground." In order to prevent the resulting problems that are usually associated with chewing tobacco, he came up with this idea.

The patent-pending Portable Spittoon for Chewing Tobacco with Carry Case enables a user to chew tobacco in a more convenient and sanitary manner. It eliminates the need to use cups, cans or bottles, or to spit directly on the ground. As a result, it avoids smelly, unsightly messes and/or stains. It also promotes enjoyment and peace of mind. The Portable Spittoon for Chewing Tobacco with Carry Case is portable, handy, lightweight and washable and reusable. The inventor has created a prototype of his idea.

"My portable spittoon is unlike anything else on the market and will redefine and revolutionize the portable spittoon concept," the inventor continued. "It's an amazing product that is on par with the portable cell phone in its design. You simply attach it to your belt or pants and be on your way. Simplicity at its finest."

The original design was submitted to the Boston office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
