Inventors and InventHelp Clients Develop Comfort Aid (KXO-1008)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) August 25, 2015 -- "For older individuals suffering from limited mobility, simply sitting or reclining can pose medical problems, such as skin irritation, blisters and bed sores," said one of two inventors from Strunk, Ky. "To prevent such pain and discomfort, we came up with this soft pad."
They created a prototype for the patent-pending POSITIONAL CHAIR to enhance comfort while sitting in a reclining chair or wheelchair. The pad cushions and protects the skin. This guards against irritation, blisters and bed sores. The accessory improves overall quality of life. Also, it is easy to clean. It is made for the geri chair. It also can be used to position in a bed.
The original design was submitted to the Knoxville office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
