Concrete Anchor Installation Support Tool Invented by InventHelp Client (VIG-225)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) December 15, 2016 -- The installation of concrete anchors can be time-consuming and labor intensive, especially when using an epoxy. The angle in which the rod needs to be installed is exact, so oftentimes workers need to support the anchor until the epoxy cures, ensuring that the anchor doesn't sag.
An inventor from Virginia Beach, Va., installs concrete anchors in his line of work. "I wanted to invent a tool that would make my job easier and increase productivity," said the inventor, referring his invention, ROD CLIP. "It will save workers a lot of time because they will no longer have to hold the rod while the epoxy sets."
With ROD CLIP, workers are able to better utilize their time while on the job site since they are not obligated to support anchors and monitor epoxy. Additionally, the stability ROD CLIP provides is designed to improve the accuracy at which anchor bolts are be placed, preventing subsequent fit problems when installing structural components.
