InventHelp® Client Develops Thermometer/PID Dental X-Ray Accessory (CTO-403)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) March 10, 2014 -- "I am a dental assistant, and when I was taking x-rays of a patient's teeth one day, they complained about not liking the plastic taste of the PID dental x-ray holder," said an inventor from West Haven, Conn. "I thought, 'If only I could make it taste better.'"
She developed S.U. DISPOSABLE COVERS to make a digital thermometer or PID dental x-ray holder taste better. The unit prevents a plastic-y taste in the mouth. It also eliminates excess plastic in the mouth, which reduces the gag reflex to enhance the patient's comfort. In addition, the invention enables staff to take patient's temperature or dental x-rays easier.
