"Pedestrians are getting run down because drivers can’t see them as they cross streets," said an inventor from Spokane, Wash. "In order to prevent such tragedies, I decided to design something that provides optimal visibility for pedestrians."
The patent-pending SCARIMIKE Lighting Stick provides a safer way for a pedestrian to cross the street. It alerts drivers to his or her presence, which helps avoid accidents, injuries and fatalities. Overall, it promotes peace of mind. Easy to use and compact, it's ideal for pedestrians, joggers, children walking to school and bicyclists.
