He developed the patent-pending SANI SEAT & DOOR HANDLE to efficiently sanitize the toilet seat. It keeps the seat free of germs. This ensures that the seat is clean and safe to sit on. The device provides added peace of mind when using the restroom, as it helps prevent the spread of disease. Furthermore, the invention features automatic operation. Also producible is a version for sanitary use of doorknobs.
