"I noticed that when I performed sit-ups, my feet would come up off the ground," said an inventor from Council Bluffs, Iowa. "I came up with this idea to keep my feet firmly on the ground so that I could do sit-ups properly."

He developed the Set Up Clip to keep feet on the ground while doing sit-ups. The accessory ensures that the individual remains stable. This makes it easier to work out your abs effectively. The design eliminates the need to ask someone else to hold your feet down. The unit helps the user develop a strong core. Additonally, the invention is easy to use.

The original design was submitted to the Des Moines office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
