InventHelp, founded in Pittsburgh in 1984, is submitting the SPACE SAVING LAUNDRY RACK to companies for their review.

If you dread laundry day because it’s a challenge to find places to hang all the clothes that cannot go into the dryer, we have good news for you. Because of the creativity of two inventors from Hamilton, Va., you’ll no longer have to worry.

They developed a prototype for SPACE SAVING LAUNDRY RACK to provide a space-efficient option for hanging clothes to air dry them. As such, it keeps wet clothes and towels hanging in one convenient location. As a result, it organizes the laundry room space and keeps the area neat.

At the same time, it avoids the chances of damage or shrinkage to delicate or special-care items caused by an automatic dryer. Furthermore, it reduces utility bills along with laundry time and effort. What’s more, it requires no floor space and folds flat when not in use. In addition, it is easy to install and use and affordably priced, and it can be used in garages, pool houses and hotel rooms.

The inventors’ personal experience inspired the idea. “We got tired of seeing wet clothes hanging all around our home to dry,” one of them said. “We wanted to find a better way to dry clothes that were not dryer safe and keep our house neat at the same time.”

The original design was submitted to the Washington, D.C., office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
