Founded in 1984 in Pittsburgh, InventHelp is submitting the SPARE TIRE PRESSURE CHECK AND INFLATOR to companies for their consideration.

"I wanted to be able to check the air pressure in my spare tire without having to take everything out of the trunk in order to reach the spare tire," said an inventor from San Antonio, Texas. "I thought that there had to be a simpler way to check and inflate the spare tire."

He created a prototype for the SPARE TIRE PRESSURE CHECK AND INFLATOR to offer a quick, easy way to check the air pressure of a spare tire. The accessory allows the spare tire to be inflated in convenient fashion. It eliminates the need to remove items from the trunk in order to access and test spare-tire pressure. The unit prevents the motorist from getting dirty when checking the air pressure of the spare tire. Furthermore, the invention ensures that the spare tire is properly inflated for use whenever it is needed.

The original design was submitted to the Austin office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
