The STRETCH N SHOE provides a more effective way to work out using resistance bands. In doing so, it eliminates the need to stand on resistance bands. As a result, it increases convenience and safety and it enhances a workout. The invention features a user-friendly design that is easy to apply and use so it is ideal for fitness enthusiasts. Additionally, the STRETCH N SHOE is producible in design variations.
