InventHelp, founded in 1984 in Pittsburgh, is submitting the STRIP PROTECTOR to companies for their review.

Nowadays payment by credit card is a regular transaction all across the world, so the integrity of credit cards is crucial to streamlining purchases and using automatic teller machines. "Tired of having my credit cards become worn and useless before they need to be renewed and replaced, I decided that there should be a reliable way to protect them," said an inventor from Long Branch, N.J.

To meet this need he designed and created a prototype of the STRIP PROTECTOR, which provides a reliable way to protect a credit card. This prevents damaging wear and tear on the magnetic strip, which avoids having to replace the card before renewal is due. As a result the STRIP PROTECTOR promotes convenience and peace of mind.

Easy to use, inexpensive and decorative, the invention also can be used on driver’s licenses, debit cards, ID cards, etc.
The original design was submitted to the New Jersey office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
