Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is working to submit the TOMMY'S TOTAL TARP SYSTEM to companies for their review.

Truck beds are vulnerable to the elements, which can be more of a problem when the bed is carrying a load. "In order to make use of a pickup truck more convenient and safe, I conceived of TOMMY'S TOTAL TARP SYSTEM," said an inventor from Wilkes Barre, Pa.

This invention makes use of a truck bed more convenient and safe. It provides truck-bed and large-load protection, allows for temporary shelter, and can be used for effective advertising. It waterproofs the bed and everything in it. Versatile and easy to use, it's usable for work or leisure (camping). The idea is patent pending.

The original design was submitted to the Lancaster office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
