Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is submitting the TOP O LOCK to companies for their review.

An inventor, from Ontario, Calif., thought there needed to be a way to keep food items safe and secure, so he invented the patent-pending TOP O LOCK.

The TOP O LOCK ensures that food items remain secure within a storage container. In doing so, it helps to prevent tampering and theft. As a result, it provides added peace of mind. The invention features a compact and portable design that is convenient and easy to use so it is ideal for households, students and workers. Additionally, the TOP O LOCK is producible in design variations and a prototype is available.

The inventor described the invention design. “My design offers a convenient way to protect a food storage container from tampering and theft.”

The original design was submitted to the Orange County office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
