An inventor, from Napa, Calif., thought there needed to be a way to simplify the installation process of register mounts on round and oval cross-section ducts, so he invented the patent-pending TWISTER TAKEOFF.
The TWISTER TAKEOFF provides a more flexible alternative to traditional register mounts. In doing so, it eliminates some of the need for custom fabrication work. As a result, it offers added convenience. The invention features a secure design that is easy to install and it can be adapted for use with round and oval ducts with various diameters. Additionally, the TWISTER TAKEOFF is producible in design variations and a prototype is available.
The inventor described the invention design. “My flexible design offers added convenience because it eliminates the need to find a specific size and situation fitting.”
The original design was submitted to the Sacramento office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
