Inventor and InventHelp Client Develops Vapor-Rub Alternative (LGI-1723)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) May 08, 2014 -- If you apply vapor rub to your chest when you get sick, then surely you've realized how sticky and messy it is. That is why an inventor from West Hempstead, N.Y., developed the VAPOR STRIP.
The accessory staves off the symptoms of a cold. The device reduces nasal and chest congestion, which helps the user feel better. The design prevents the mess associated with using vapor rub. This prevents clothing and bedding from getting soiled. In addition, it is easy to use.
The inventor's personal experience inspired the idea. "When my daughter got a stuffy nose, we would put vapor rub on her chest to relieve her cold symptoms," shes aid. "However, the rub was messy and stained her clothes. Also, if the rub gets in your eyes, it burns. My invention solves all these problems."
The original design was submitted to the Long Island office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
