Walk-in Bathtub Accessory Invented by InventHelp Client (AUP-751)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) May 19, 2017 -- An inventor from Port Lavaca, Texas, has developed the WALK-IN TUB WATER DISPLACER, an accessory for walk-in bathtubs. It is designed to displace water in the lower front portion of such a fixture.
“I’m a natural problem solver and have had this idea for 10 years. More and more senior citizens are using walk-in tubs. My invention is practical and is also a time-saver and water-saver,” said the inventor.
The WALK-IN TUB WATER DISPLACER provides an improved level of comfort for a bather. It eliminates the need for a bather to have to sit exposed for an extended period while waiting for the water to drain in order to exit the tub. It also effectively reduces the volume of water required to fill such a tub, but without minimizing the degree to which a bather can be immersed. Not only does this accessory benefit bathers, but it benefits the environment by conserving water.
The original design was submitted to the Austin office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
