Weight Reducing Accessory Invented for Weed Trimmers - Designed by InventHelp Client (NAV-958)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) November 15, 2016 -- Outdoor power equipment should make the task easier, but in the case of weed trimmers, their heavy weight often makes the work harder than manual trimming. That’s exactly what an inventor from Columbia, Tenn., was thinking when he came up with a much less physically demanding way to remove grass and weeds.
He developed a prototype for the patent-pending WHACKER WHEELS to reduce the weight strain on back, legs and shoulders while using a weed trimmer. At the same time, it allows parallel cutting to a wall, fence or sidewalk while rolling the weed trimmer forward and backward. It, therefore, saves time and effort and reduces fatigue. Lightweight yet durable, it adjusts to fit different models of weed trimmers. It is also easy to attach, use and remove. In addition, it is convenient, effective and affordably priced.
The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “Every time I trimmed grass and weeds in my yard with a conventional weed trimmer, I got a sore back and shoulders after a short time while trying to hold it level for an even cut," he said.
