Personal Zipper Assistant Invented by InventHelp Client (TOR-9698)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) June 10, 2017 -- Since women’s dresses and tops often have zippers running down the back, it may be difficult for the wearer to even reach the zipper, much less to actually close and open it. Luckily, there is now an easy solution for this problem thanks to the ingenuity of three inventors from Mississauga, Ontario.
They developed ZIP-IT to allow the user to zip and unzip clothing that has zippers in the back unassisted. In other words, it makes hard-to-reach zippers easily accessible. As such, it eliminates associated frustration and muscle strain and avoids having to ask for someone’s help with back zippers. It, therefore, saves time and effort. This invention is also lightweight, portable and easy to use and store. In addition, it is convenient, effective and affordably priced.
The inventors’ personal experience inspired the idea, “This idea resulted from my personal frustration over not being able to comfortably pull up a zipper in the back of my dress,” one of them said. “Even worse, I sometimes couldn’t even wear a particular dress because I couldn’t zip it up at all."
The original design was submitted to the Toronto office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
