"I wanted to prevent water damage to units in or below my unit," said an inventor from Largo, Fla. "I created this invention as a solution."

He developed the Flush Drain to offer a quick, easy way to flush the condensate line of a typical unitary air-conditioning unit. The unit keeps water from passing into the AC tray and prevents water damage. Additionally, the device is made of durable material. The invention is patent-pending.

The original design was submitted to the Tampa office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
