InventHelp® Client Creates an Easier Way to Drain Condensate (BTM-1114)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) October 17, 2013 -- A master plumber from Bel Air, Md., has developed the CONDENSATE DRAIN BASIN to securely retain and route the output of condensate and drain lines into a floor drain. The design accommodates multiple lines from air conditioners, central humidifiers, dehumidifiers, water heater drip pans, water heater relief lines, etc. Easy to install, it helps prevent basement flooding and provides a neater, more attractive look.
When asked how he created his prototype, he explained, "I was inspired to develop the idea through my job. I thought that there was a need for a fitting to make it easier to drain condensate, relief and drip pans. My invention simplifies the process of directing condensate to the floor drain."
The original design was submitted to the Baltimore office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
