InventHelp Inventor Develops Convenient Cord Manager (SLC-1021)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) November 04, 2013 -- It is easy to trip over cords and hoses strewn all over the ground at construction sites. In order to manage them all more effectively, an inventor from Carlyle, Ill., developed the SPEEDY HOOK.
The accessory provides a convenient place to hang extension cords and hoses. The unit keeps cords and hoses off floors, hallways and the ground, which ensures that the area remains neat and tidy. It also reduces the risk of slip-and-fall injuries, which is designed to enhance personal safety. In addition, the design will not damage the wall.
The inventor's professional experience inspired his idea. "I saw a need for something like this at my job," he said. "When there are cords and hoses all over the ground, it presents a safety hazard. I think OSHA will start enforcing the need to keep these off the floor."
The original design was submitted to the Salt Lake City office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
