InventHelp Inventor Develops Convenient Feet Warmer (OCM-598)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) August 06, 2013 -- Trying to sleep with cold feet is normally a losing battle. Try as one might, there is not really a good way to keep feet warm without making the rest of the body too hot. To end this struggle, an inventor from Fontana, Calif., developed Toasty Tootsies.
The accessory warms your feet while lying in bed. The unit eliminates the need to wear thick socks to bed, and it also ends the need for a heated blanket. The invention provides warmth without overheating the body. It is ideal for use by individuals with poor circulation. In addition, the device can be shared or used alone, and it features an affordable, compact, and easily portable design.
The inventor's idea was inspired while watching television. "I saw an episode of Dr. Oz where he talked about how body temperature is regulated through the feet," she said. "My feet get cold at night while I'm trying to sleep. I thought that an invention like this would solve the problem."
The original design was submitted to the Orange County office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
