Has your workout grown stale and boring? If so, you're probably not working out as hard as you used to, and your gut is starting to show your lack of physical fervor. To help get you back into the swing of things, an inventor from Claremont, N.H., developed VIRTUAL CARDIO.
The equipment shows picturesque views of real hiking trails, which makes working out more fun and exciting. The device keeps the user engaged and interested during workouts. This encourages the user to work out more frequently, which helps him or her maintain a regular work-out routine. Additionally, the easy-to-use equipment is suitable for all fitness levels.
The inventor's personal experience inspired his idea. "I am all for staying in shape, but if you do the same workout over and over, it gets stale and boring," he said. "I thought of this idea to change the pace and get you interested in being healthy and active again."
