Have you ever broken a heel while you were walking along? You wind up having to limp, go barefoot, or having to buy a new pair of shoes. Luckily, an inventor from Brooklyn, N.Y., has come up with a quick and easy solution to this problem.
She developed PUMP IT UP to allow heels to be changed out quickly and easily. The accessory saves the user from having to purchase a new pair of shoes if a heel breaks. It also allows the size of the heel to be altered. The device provides added peace of mind. In addition, it is producible in various sizes, styles and designs.
The inventor's personal experience inspired her idea. "I am a bit of a fashionista, and I love walking the streets of New York City," she said. "I have broken plenty of heels in that time. I always wished that I could just swap the heels in and out instead of having to buy a new pair of shoes."
The original design was submitted to the Manhattan office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
