New York Inventors from InventHelp Design Alternative Lock System (SDB-562)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) October 31, 2013 -- Unlocking a door can be a frustrating struggle, especially if one’s hands are full - not to mention the vulnerability of doing so late at night when assailants or other criminals tend to prey upon people. "This gave us the idea to design a device that solves these problems," said one of two inventors from Cheektowada, N.Y.
The compact and easy-to-use AUTO LOCK simplifies the act of unlocking a home or residential door, preventing frustrating hassles and saving time and effort. It also provides light in dim or dark areas, helps minimize vulnerability to crime and alerts others to an emergency situation. In addition, the device can be used for locking doors and locating the key if misplaced.
The original design was submitted to the San Diego office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
