"I am always cooking and never have time to wash or clean my hands before opening the refrigerator or oven, which gets the handles all dirty," said an inventor from Teaneck, N.J. "I get tired of having to wipe them down, so I came up with this accessory to keep them neat."

She created a prototype for the Kitchen Utensil Handle Protector to keep the handles of appliances neat and clean. This patent pending accessory ensures that appliances look nice. It saves the user from having to wipe down the appliances as often.

The design makes the unit easy to attach and remove, and it also adds a decorative touch to the appliance. Additionally, the invention is usable on coolers, mini fridges, campers, ovens, refrigerators, stoves and other appliances.

The original design was submitted to the New Jersey office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
