Engel & Völkers Names Jacob Stepan as Senior Vice President Market Development
New York, NY (PRWEB) February 05, 2014 -- Engel & Völkers, the international luxury real estate firm, announced the addition of Jacob Stepan as Senior Vice President Market Development. He joins the firm’s North America operations team to support expansion into new U.S. markets.

Prior to joining Engel & Völkers, Stepan held previous positions as Chief Operating Officer for Century 21 International Real Estate, LLC, a division of Realogy Corporation, Senior Vice President Operational Support for the Cendant real estate division, Executive Vice President - Sales, for FLAG Luxury Properties and was a founding partner of Trophy Properties Anguilla, an affiliate of Christie's Great Estates.

He has also been involved in many mergers and acquisitions, handling due diligence on corporate acquisition and divestiture transactions. Most recently, Stepan has worked closely with Senior Management, offering advice and strategic guidance to corporate Boards of Directors, and CEOs as a partner with Dynamic Distribution, LLC.
