JailInmate.org will monitor comments on their social media channels to get a sense of how people are responding to their products and services, he said. Then they will get back in touch with people to resolve and questions or concerns they might have.
“Our goal is to have as many open lines of communication as possible,” he said. “We want to get to know our customers, and let our customers get to know us.”
