“If people have a question or concern about our company, they can leave it in the comments section,” he said. “Then we will have a customer service representative reach out to them as quickly as possible.”
The company said they believe that people will prefer this method of interaction over traditional customer service contact points.
“Nobody wants to have to pick up the phone when they have a concern,” he said. “This is how things are done in 2014.”
