Jean Jacques Borno is the managing principal of Private Wealth CFOs. Borno is enrolled in the MBA for Executives program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and he is scheduled to graduate in 2017. He earned a B.S. in business from Florida International University. Borno holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation. The CIMA® training program is conducted jointly with the Investment Management Consultant Association and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Borno was selected to co-lead an elite group of financial planning professionals and subject matter experts to write questions for the March 2015 and subsequent CFP® Exams, and to test and troubleshoot Prometric’s My Item Writer™ software. He worked with other financial planning professionals to develop examination questions during an intensive and rigorous two-day session at CFP Board headquarters in Washington, D.C.

*To qualify as having a favorable regulatory and complaint history, the person cannot have: 1. been subject to a regulatory action that resulted in a suspended or revoked license, or payment of a fine, 2. had more than three customer complaints filed against them (settled or pending) with any regulatory authority or Five Star Professional’s consumer complaint process, 3. individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint filed with a regulatory authority, 4. filed for bankruptcy, or 5. been convicted of a felony.
