Industry leading retailer of aftermarket parts for off-roading, 4 Wheel Parts, is sponsoring the second annual Mint 400 Off-Road Vehicle Parade happening in Las Vegas on March 12. The 4 Wheel Parts Parade begins at 3:15 p.m. at Circus Circus Hotel & Casino and this year’s parade is projected to feature twice as many cars. General Tire’s Mint 400 is presented by Polaris RZR and the field of over 300 entries will race on Saturday, March 15 at The Great American Off-Road Race outside of Las Vegas.

Celebrated American racer and 1973 Mint 400 winner Parnelli Jones is slated to lead the cavalcade of off-road racecars in the parade. Vehicles will roll down the Las Vegas Strip, harkening back to the famed Mint 400 parades of yesteryear held on Fremont Street. Norm Johnson originally founded the Mint 400 Off-Road Rally in 1967 and after a 20 year break, the annual desert race was re-launched in 2008.

This is the second consecutive year 4 Wheel Parts has sponsored the parade after reviving it for last year’s Mint 400. At their Las Vegas retail store, 4 Wheel Parts will offer Mint 400 products like free official programs and souvenir race maps and free Mint 400 t-shirts with purchase.

Throughout the year, 4 Wheel Parts and its affiliate 4Wheel Drive Hardware sponsor and donate to show support for various off-roading causes. 4 Wheel Parts joined the donors to the Wheelin’ For The Wounded event that happened in Texas last month. Prior to that, 4 Wheel Parts helped donate prize money for the inaugural SRRS ULTRA4 King Shocks Back Door Shoot Out at King of the Hammers.
