JobKaster, the "Google Maps" for Jobs, Launches with Over 200,000+ Jobs from the Biggest Chains in the Country
Houston | Austin | Tucson (PRWEB) March 03, 2015 -- JobKaster seems to be growing at a breakneck pace these days, adding over 200,000 new jobs in the past month.
Billed as the "Google Maps" for jobs, JobKaster was built to provide an easy way for job seekers to find jobs in their local communities using a unique map based interface.
In its March relaunch, JobKaster focused on adding more jobs, specifically in the food service and retail sectors.
JobKaster Founder Ravi Budhu said, "We really focused and listened to our users. Based on our surveys, we found that food service jobs ranked as the most location dependent, so we made a concentrated effort to grow our job postings in that area. The response has been incredible!"
With this focused effort, JobKaster now has job postings in every major US community from some of the largest chains in the nation, including: McDonalds, Starbucks, Chipotle, Five Guys, Subway, Chili's, Family Dollar, Jack in the Box, Potbelly, BW3's, and Jimmy John's, just to name a few. Overall, jobs from over 31 nationwide employers have been added.
"We created JobKaster to make it easier to find jobs in your own community. Quite simply, we're helping locals find local jobs," says Paul Chittenden, co-founder of JobKaster.
