Lifetime Longmont resident Joe Current, of RE/MAX Traditions, recently celebrated his thirtieth anniversary as a Realtor serving the real estate needs of the Front Range.

This is a community that takes care of its people and I consider each and every person here family, including my clients.

“It has been a privilege for me to help people realize their dreams of homeownership for the past thirty years,” said Joe. “The Front Range of Colorado is truly a breathtaking place to call home and that’s the dream I sell. I love to live and work here and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else, and that is a feeling I want to inspire in my clients. Being a Realtor is more than just buying and selling houses; it’s about helping people find where they truly belong.”

As a lifelong Boulder County/Longmont resident, Joe found the place he belonged at birth. Joe and his family are very involved in the community. In fact, his daughter Olivia, a Leukemia survivor and spokesperson for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, recently organized a team to participate in the Rocky Mountain Light the Night Walk, which funds research to find cures and ensure access to treatments for all blood cancer patients.

As for Joe, he plays senior softball for the city of Longmont on the Longmont Scrappers, who frequently travel all over the State of Colorado for tournaments and won the state championship this past summer. He has also coached local baseball teams for many years at Longmont Christian School for elementary and middle school kids. Joe himself went to Longmont High School where he was on the tennis team, and is involved with the local YMCA.

“I’m looking forward to the next thirty years living the Longmont dream,” said Joe. “This is a community that takes care of its people and I consider each and every person here family, including my clients.”
