Joe Stephenson was born into this world an illegitimate boy. He never knew his real father, had a learning disability, dropped out of high school at seventeen years of age, and had NO self-esteem or confidence when he entered the workforce. By the age of forty-one, he became an executive vice president for a senior housing provider that had a real estate portfolio worth several BILLION dollars. He was a VP over thousands of people.
